Welcome to Inner Light Wellness. We offer Acupuncture, NAET Allergy Elimination, Massage Therapy including Swedish Massage, St. John Neuromuscular Massage Therapy, Myofascial Release, Myoskeletal Alignment, and Energy Medicine.

For your visit, wear loose clothing that allows access to your lower legs and lower arms. Pants should allow access up to the knee.
Please eat something light prior to your treatment. Never arrive on an empty stomach. Don’t eat too heavily just prior to or just after treatment.
Allow up to 90 minutes for the first appointment so that we have time to properly assess your health care needs.
Medical history is important. If you have diagnostic tests and reports from other practitioners that pertain to your current health concern, please bring copies so I can provide the best care possible.

Pay for your session online
After clicking on the “Pay Now” button below, you can enter the amount necessary to pay for your session. Paying online allows for the use of credit cards or PayPal payments. Setting up an account is not necessary to send money.
The PayPal payment page will say “donation”. Do not be alarmed. I put the PayPal payment as a “donation” to give you the ability to enter your own amount.
