Menopause and Acupuncture
Perimenopausal and post menopausal women often experience the extreme discomfort of hot flashes and night sweats plus irritability. We have a high success rate eliminating these symptoms using a multi-layered acupuncture approach so you can sail through menopause.
Acupuncture for Infertility
The fertility journey is often filled with twists and turns from preconception to your much anticipated healthy delivery. Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years to support women’s health and enhance a couple’s chances of a successful pregnancy when they are dealing with infertility.
Whether you are trying to conceive naturally or with ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology), we offer in-office acupuncture treatments to enhance your chances of success. We have helped many women go through the process of IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) and IUI (Intrauterine Insemination) and can support you throughout your pregnancy.
We also offer postpartum support as you and your baby adjust during the ‘fourth trimester’. While some women experience a short period of the ‘baby blues’, if symptoms of depression persist, seek medical assistance then come in for treatment. We would be happy to help!
Whether you’re trying to conceive naturally or you’ve already begun your IUI or IVF cycle, we are here for you. With proven acupuncture and electro-medicine techniques to balance hormones naturally or to assist your reproductive endocrinology team, we would love to help you with your newly growing family. And please bring your partner so he can be treated too! Acupuncture can assist with increased sperm count, sperm morphology and motility.

How Many Treatments Will I Need?
During your consultation, we will discuss your symptoms and health history. You will receive a customized treatment plan with just the right combination of acupuncture therapy and treatment frequency that works best for your unique symptoms. You may receive treatment on your first visit.
How Soon Will I See Results
For menstrual symptoms, relief will likely start within the first two cycles with more frequent treatments during the first month. We have found that three consecutive months of treatment fully regulates your cycle. Frequency decreases each month until you are on a monthly maintenance schedule to keep your hormones balanced. Menopausal symptoms usually require eight to twelve weeks of care then monthly maintenance. Fertility treatment frequency is highly individualized depending on age, health, and cause of infertility.
